Disgusting service

Terrible service second day in a row I have asked for a call back and no reply just an automated message saying they’ll they back to me in 4 business hours?!

Quick to contact you when you have account issues but when you require their assistance there is no customer service or whatsoever

Oh and you cannot get a hold of them on their contact number either ... really guys?
