Disappointed with the Poor Service.

My loan was paid up 3 months back and I mistakenly made a payment end of August and I haven't been getting assistance from support@Fasta regarding a refund they keep telling me they have escalated the matter and now they're not responding at all to my emails it's the 4th week now and the most frustrating part is there's no direct number to call.
