Closing tickets with no resolution.

I have created multiple tickets to resolve 1 persistent issue on my account. I have been reporting this issue since the 25th and nothing has been done so far. Instead, tickets keep getting closed without resolution. Current ticket no. is 735101. This has been over 48 hours with resolution.
