Client satisfaction no longer a concern to them

After my previous post, I received an email from an agent. They put me through another process of trying to apply, and after 3/4 calls, I was told I was unsuccessful. I then sent an email explaining the issue I have with them, and the cold/dismissive reply was shocking, to say the least. Needless to say, I would never apply or recommend FASTA to anybody.
