Bunch of losers

These people are useless I have been trying to get a hold of them regarding my instalment but their call centre line is a joke it just rings as if that's not enough they don't reply to emails. It's not my fault their instalment did not go through but I still made means to get a hold of them to make a Manuel payment up until today I have not been assisted. Then they will blacklist me for non payment.
