Breach of Contract from the Lender Fasta.

Good day, normally my experience with Fasta is excellent!! Truly. But this month, I am just flabergasted. Took a loan of which the repay date is 28.12.2020 - it also states in the contract that the loan may be deducted on or AROUND the 28th of December, now, the 18th of December is not ''around'' the 28th. I had some money in my account, litterally just n few more rands than the installments worth, whcih was supposed to be used for my children's Christmas presents. On the 18th, the payment was deducted. I was shocked to say the least.

I went ahead and took another look at my contract, i printed it out, and went straight to my bank. They disputed the debit order, and i got my money back. I informed Fasta - and the responses from Candice Fredericks and Nerine van Zijl left much to be desired. Telling me i was in breach of contract, and now a ***** investigation was apperantly being opened against me. I took screenshots of my SIGNED agreement, with the dates and the small print regarding paydates, and litterally asked this woman if she is blind, as it CLEARLY states on order around the 28th (any sound of mind person will think that means any day from the 26th to 30th). I have not heard back, but did say the payment can be deducted on the 28th as Agreed!! Very dissapointed, this is exploitation, taking advantage of people's holiday pay! OMG
