Bad service from Fasta Loan support portal
I have taken out two loans so far from fasta which I have paid well and on time however the company does not acknowledge that as they are refusing to change my debit order date..I changed jobs my salary date has changed now my credit score will be affected because Fasta does not offer an option to change my debit order date .

04 Aug 2023, 16:22Just spoke t Wendy who is not helpful either from your collections department Fasta is not a customer friendly company to even call the number I had to look it up from my banking app as it's not shown on google ,Wendy was more focused on telling me about the legal document I signed intead of understanding my query and assisting me I do not want a debit order going off on the 25th only the 31st of August
