Bad service

I have been emailing Fasta to advise that the portal doesn't allow me to upload the back statements and I have attached the bank statements to the three emails sent no feedback from the Fasta team but I have been using Fasta for a a couple of months and ensure I settle all loans taken.. this is not good service
