Bad service
I was debited R400 then I settled the amount of R1001,69 month end August, then to my surprise today I was debited R1001,69, I don't owe a cent and when I logged into their customer care portal it says try will respond to me within 4 working days...*** as I need that money to pay my other accounts that are due today

07 Sept 2022, 04:09My ticket number is 225024 and it says my query will be attended to within 4 working days or even take longer...I'm no longer using this pathetic service cause now I have to go borrow from a loan shark to pay my other accounts that are due today
