Bad service

I am very disappointed. I have been a Fasta client for a while now. Last month I suddenly lost my job and I asked fasta and their collections attorney (HTN Attorneys) if I could please make an arrangement to pay off my outstanding loan amount in monthly installments of R350, instead of the large amount of over R2000. I Got a reply saying that my query has been handled. At the end of August I received money from a family member helping me to pay rent and buy a few basics necessities. Fasta immediately debited the full amount of my account. This has left me in a huge crisis and I feel this is unfair seeing as I made prior arrangements. I then received refund forms from fasta, and I sent them in. But until now I haven't had any response. I am not trying to run away, I am just trying to make alternative arrangements. I hope Fasta will see this review and finally assist me.
