Bad review

I have been very with Fasta for the last couple months, until now. My incident is not dealt with. I need support from their system, they help support is so ridiculous it is like communicating to small children that doesn't know what is going on. I have emailed, no response. I have many tickets that I open then just get closed sending me guidelines. There is honestly no customer service
