I took out a loan with them, and when it was time to repay, my salary was only due after their fixed debit order date—which their website does not allow customers to change. As a result, I was unable to adjust the payment date. On my payday, they debited my account twice, including an overcharge without my approval. Additionally, this unauthorized debit occurred on January 31st. Despite this, on February 24th, Fasta updated my credit profile to falsely indicate that I still owe them money.
