Applying for credit score checks / loans on my name without my concent

I have been informed by a Financial Institution tha FASTA (Pty) Ltd is doing credit score checks and applying for personal loans on my credit score / my credentials. Up until this notification have not been aware of FASTA. Watch out. I believe FASTA must be busy with something *******.
