After a year no paid up letter received

I have been trying to get my paid up letter for over a year now. This is unacceptable very bad service. I need my paid up letter so that I can continue with my credit score. I need to have a refund on the money owed to me as well as my settlement letter. Please, can someone assist? I am not getting any feedback on the website. Or emails
