account update on my credit profile

Good day, i like to take this opportunity to thank FASTA the way they do business , however i have a little concern as i normally check my credit profile all the time with all 3 credit ITC berow we have in south Africa, only to find out that my account is not updated as usually, can you please update it as i did made the payment on time like what you do if i skip payment you update immediately, thank you.
