ACCOUNT REPAID BUT STILL DEBITED + LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE

I am so frustrated with the lack of assistance from REAL people from FASTA LOANS. I repaid my account on the 28th of January, they debited me on the 30th, I alerted that I had repaid and sent proof of payment, only to find my ticket closed without solution. Not sure if they are using bots but this agitating because you go for hours without response and then have some generic answer come back to you. What's even scarier is the amount of complaints that haven't been responded to on this platform by them.
