Dissapointed

Good day as a client of Vox telecom and Farsouth I am extremely dissapointed in the service provided by them as when and issue occurs and we need assistance from Vox and I call support about my automatic dialler there support doesn't evens know what I'm speaking about and can not assist me in any way.I have to wait for a agent to contact me and as per the support there is only 1 agent that can assist me and he is not available how is that possible when Vox and far south has a fully support team and only 1 out of the team can assist me.I called far south manager to assist me as my agents can't work he told me I should contact Vox support to assist but it's far south product.
