Bought a voucher on Sunday on the Wimpy App. The customer service cannot help, I have been emailing the technical department since Monday, got a case no CAS-***-M2Y3G0FB-CRM:*** but it is absolutely useless as customer care cannot use it and technical does not reply to the emails
