Unfair employment practice

I would love to know how im.decline for every single job i've app**** for at famous brands even though. I have more than 18 years franchising experience. Is it because im white? I've been over qualified for more than half the positions I've app**** for yet direct hire just say sorry your application does not qualify feel free to apply for jobs you do qualify for? I also qualify as disabled due to illness however there is nothing wrong with my ability to work and share my knowledge like any other person. Hence i've app**** for a E/E position.

Please could someone give me some feedback.
