Terrible service waiting for a refund for more than 7days

I placed an order on the 25th February order was placed at 17:00 and order was delivered at 22:00 and the delivery guy said that we are lucky they delivered only because we paid on line. The pizza was terrible it was messed all over the box. I returned it to the Maponya Mall store the next day and was told that the refund will take seven work days still have not received it and I have been calling the following numbers***, *** and *** and can't get through it says that it doesn't exist.
