Such a bad customer Services / broken plates

Bad Customer Service , i went to Rustenburg waterfall mall Steers yesterday I ate while I eat I realised that I was served with a broken plate and I asked for a manager and the manager decided not show up after I waited about 15min jast to see the management then I left . And send a mail straight to Steers I'm still waiting for a response even now ....I won't recommend anyone to any Steers if that's how they treat their customers .
