Steers - Unprofessional

Yesterday I placed an order online using the app. My order was made through the branch in Jabulani Soweto,an hour passed and the driver had still not arrived, I called the store and I was told that the driver is about to leave and I was assured that he was coming. 45 minutes later our order had still not arrived, I then called the call Centre and I was told to contact the branch directly, I did this and asked to speak to the manager on duty, who went by the name of Bongani I told him my frustrations and he told me that the he can’t find the order and that I didn’t place the order - I asked him to recheck His conduct was unprofessional and distasteful, he kept me holding for 10 minutes without him saying anything to me I kept saying “hello” “hello” and he said nothing all the while I could hear him in the background. He finally responded and said he can’t find it While I was giving him my order number he hung up on me. Throughout my frustration he never was showed any remorse or understanding I am so unhappy with the lack of professionalism and customer service that I received from Steers

It’s disgusting that that’s how you treat your customers
