STEERS TSAKANE MALL WORST SERVICE

Good Evening

I would like to lodge a complain about Steers Tsakane Mall which is not tgs first time. I ordered food at 19:25 and a guy by the name of Tshepo called me to confirm my location, he then told me that the driver will call me. I waited since 19:30 until now without my food and they already took my money, I called several times with no luck of getting hold of them. I am very furious coz this is not the first time and I have a kid who's hungry and I'm also pregnant.
