Steers Table view. Well done you saved a small brown paper bag.

I bought some chips from Steers Table view Mall yesterday the 28/11/22. I asked for a brown paper carrier bag as I was taking it away. I was told that wasn't possible as chips was given in a chips packet. It was the packet that the chips is placed in to serve when it comes out the fryer, which cannot close properly so definitely can spill. Generally it would be placed in a carrier bag, that's been my experience at other Steers. Server was adamant about not giving a bag after asking repeatedly and explaining that I am taking it away. I asked about paying, she asked a manager and was told R3. I laughed and left knowing that the cost of the paper bag is already costed in as no fast food place serves without putting it in a carrier bag While it may seem small,the larger picture is service, training your staff and treating customers well so your business grows and you don't loose not 1 but many customers over a small brown paper bag.
