Steers - An absolute disgrace !!!

<p>To get into the details seems to be rather pointless... Famous Brands started of with Steers... There is over 800 remarks made about Steers on Hellopeter, of which 91% is absolutely terrible reviews and to no surprise Steers has an 'automatic response system' - as every complaint gets exactly the same system generated response. This is a clear message, not just from Steers but from Famous Brands, that their customers opinions does not matter and that feedback about the shocking service and products is of little or even no concern to them. That is an average of over 120 complaints a month. Surely that should be a frightening number to any brand or holding company. The continuous appalling services levels has actually gotten me questioning if having / buying shares is something I even want to be associated with - regardless of the profitability. Would be interesting to see if I might get a personal response... </p>
