Stale milkshake from steers

I ordered 3 chocolate milkshakes from steers musgrave on Uber eats and was given stale ice cream/milk, I then had to jump in my car and go back to the store as the lady promised to replace me with fresh milkshake , this wasn’t the case I was given 3 more only to get home and realize it was also stale, pathetic.
