Poor and pathetic service

I bought a pizza 🍕 last month and my pizza was missing fillings, the pizza I bought was a triple decker. I reached out to their customer care (digital solution group) and spoke to Nthabiseng who promised to call me and to date I haven’t heard back from her. I made another follow up call and spoke to Mumu who managed to only give me a ticket ref

To date my issue haven’t been resolved and I haven’t even heard back from their customer care
