Poisoned prejudice

Famous brands is a giant company with a solid history in fast food franchising, having started in 1960 with one Steers shop have mushroomed into this respected mega diversified colossus, however, they seem to dismally fail in insuring quality standards in some shops, particularly those found in Indian Townships, mind you these areas have increasingly become mixed, a large section of this growth is by black households. Hence patronage to these outlets is 90% black, seeing the Indian segment stick to their kind of traditional outlets, ther is however a worrying trend in these shops, the level of customer service and quality of food is atrocious, a direct insult to the 90% black patronage, take for example the debonairs in Lenesia south next the golden highway, the standard and quality of their pizzas have degraded to the lowest degree, to prove this compare their offerings to both the Maponya and South Gate shops which have a high level of quality, freshness and delivery. The Lenesia South outlet is an insult to the famous brands values and commitment to good quality, a clear indication of poor or complete absence of management, the filling on these pizzas are rubbery hard to chew pieces of sinewy bits., a complete turnoff, living one with a feeling having been ******. Paying R200 for a mound of dough sprinkled with inferior bits masquerading as meat leave me with a saw jaw. In Sout Afrika there's a deliberate and blatant habit by these foreign and local companies flouting quality and highgin standards, a direct insult to black people and it must stop forthwith. Grossly Disgusted, RC Mahlangu.
