Pathetic Service from the store and also the Contact Centre

Pathetic, is all i can say. Case no: 297424, logged on the 20 July 2017. I then called the contact center on Monday, 14th August and still to date, not a call, sms, email from this pathetic establishment. They have delivery motorbikes where the headlight does not work, besides being a risk on the driver, they are also putting everyone else at risk. He drove into the estate where i live and could have caused an accident, leaving me with a liability claim on my hands. Food that was as cold as ice, and delivered after 90 min of ordering it. To top it all off, i called once again today, at around 1:25pm, was put on hold by the call centre agent for almost 15 min, and eventually i hung up. Still no call...
