Pathetic & dangerous debonairs delivery drivers

So I was busy walking my puppy on the sidewalk and one of the Debonairs pizza Pretoria west drivers came around the corner driving on the sidewalk and almost ran me over, whilst rushing to get myself and my puppy out of the way, I injured myself, I was wearing flip flops and half my toenail was ripped open my brand new aerosoft flip flops which was quite expensive also got torn, so I went into the shop asking the name of the driver that has just left, and they told me they don't know, I don't believe it because there are cameras everywhere and certainly they should have some sort of driver log saying what driver went out, so I decided to call the call centre and they said I should sent an email with my complaint, after doing so I received a reply asking for photos and the motorcycle registration number, I rep**** with the photos and explained that I didn't get the registration number because he went past too fast and the shop refused to comply when asking for the drivers details, that was about 2 weeks ago, I have not received any feedback since then, only a sms stating that my case has been resolved, IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED, I want to know who is going to reimburse me for the damage to my sandals I paid almost R400 for a couple of weeks earlier!!!?
