No longer supporting Famous Brands

I would rate Famous Brands lower if I could. Speaking as someone who has family members who have been entrenched in Famous brands over the years and myself personally managing stores thirty years ago, these franchises need to die a quick death. Over the last two years I have experienced terrible service from nearly every store ordered from, Fishaways Sunnyrock, Steers Sunnyrock, Debonairs Sasol Mintys and Steers Dower Glen. All of these stores have been extremely disappointing, taking between 2 and 3 hours to deliver sometimes. The call Centre sucks, the online order tracking gets switched off whenever they cannot fulfill the order in time. You battle to follow up on orders and the chat bot is more insulting than anything else. Even trying to order in person, you are greeted by sullen, disinterested faces and unpleasant service. Whoever the franchise manager for this area is should be instantly dismissed, because you are letting the entire brand down. The Halamandaris should be ashamed of this legacy they have left behind.
