Great customer service

I had an issue where I bought a product and it had small bugs in it. I took it up with the shop where I bought it (Checkers Waverley) and they gave me a voucher and asked the supplier to contact me. Famous Brands then phoned me and sent me vouchers for the brand product. Very good customer service!
