Frustrating service

I ordered pizza with malva pudding on the 9th of May via debonairs app. When my order was delivered I received pizza with wings because apparently the store does not serve malva pudding. I returned that order with the driver and on the 9th of May I called debonairs and I was advised to send an email to *** and up until today I have not yet received any feedback. Can I have my refund please so that I can go buy food elsewhere.
