Excellent Response & Product Delivery.

On Sunday, May 1st, I placed an order at Debonair Sparks Road, for a real deal chicken triple decker pizza and a regular sub. Upon eating the sub, my mother came across a stone the size of a bead inside. She called the store and the manager on duty was Stephen. After explaining the issue to him, he asked us to send through pictures of the stone, and after less than 15 minutes, he got back to us, apologizing for it and also stating that on our next order, the next sub would be included for Free. Yesterday I ordered again, I called in and the, lady manager was on duty (I didn't get her name), however she was extremely polite and helpful and it did not take her even 5 minutes to confirm with Stephen and call me back to take my order. My order was delivered to me on time and was hot and it was clearly visible that alot of care was taken when the pizza and sub was made yesterday. Hats off to Stephen and the lady manager, who are doing awesome job running this particular store. I will definitely continue ordering from them and encourage all my friends and family to do the same. Awesome job KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!
