Disgusting service

Order was placed on June 29th, waited 3 hours for the manager to call saying they thought the order was made and that they had loadshedding however no one bothered to call me during those three hours and when they thought it was convenient to contact me they were ready to make the order but they were out of chicken. I told them to cancel it in which the manager agreed to however the money was not charged as soon as the call ended they deducted the money from my account up until today customer service is giving me the runaround and no one wants to take ownership. Even the company that represents them Famous brands is a joke they have done nothing to help just raise cases and don’t follow up on anything.
