Debonairs took my money without giving me any food

Hi, on the 9th of May I ordered over the Debonairs app, after I had made the payment an error popped up saying the store cannot accept orders using a web channel, even though I have placed an order at that store using the app before, it took my money but cancelled the order, I would like my money back pleass
