Debonairs service sucks

I purchased some pizzas at Debonairs on the 1st of May and the amount went off twice on my account. I spoke to the complaints department and the blue downs branch. They tell me the funds will be reversed back today is the 11th day still no money or even feedback from them. I even asked a letter from them so I can claim the money from my bank still waiting. The service is so bad you guys lost me as a customer
