Awful customer service

Famous Brands really does not care about its reputation for bad customer service. My problem with a steers order happened in early June, steers customer service was useless and took about a month to refund me after constant nagging and follow ups on my side. I have tried to take this complaint higher up by contacting Famous Brands, I recieved an automated case number only to recieve a "your case has been resolved" Sms from them about a week later without ANY form of contact from them whatsoever. Useless company, not touching anything "Famous Brands" ever again. But remember guys, you're in good hands!
