Worst Customer Service. Delivery service is worse
I ordered Celtic Salt and castor oil and last week to date nothing was delivered to me they promised to deliver Friday. They never came nor give me reason for not coming. When I called they say they don't know the name and contact info for the driver. I said is it difficult to ask the *********** DSV to tell them I'll be home after 4pm. They said no we do are not allowed to call. I'm lest speechless. Next thing I gat message they went to my house and they didn't find me. I send email to ask them to call before deliver. They send me message that they went again to my house without calling me. What surprised me is that there's security which call us if there's delivery but security never called in the 3 times they claim to have gone to my house.
To date. I have never seen my order. I saw all your glorious praises I'm not sure what to believe. Company without phones to call clients

Kindly note that it is unfortunately not standard practice for our couriers to give you a call as they send out an sms on the day that your parcel will be delivered.
This is definitely not the service that we want our customers to experience. We have taken this up with our couriers and have asked them to ensure that delivery takes place today. I will give you a call first thing in the morning to confirm if delivery has taken place.

The driver called me this morning 7:35 to say eish sister my fellow driver forgot your parcel again.
I'm expected to laugh and say all is fine.
