Well done, Faithful To Nature, you really are top drawer!

I cannot recommend Faithful To Nature enough. Their online store is a pleasure to negotiate, responsive, fantastic range and there are tons of reviews that are so helpful. I do a fair amount of online shopping and to date I have never experienced such an efficient, prompt and seamless delivery. Once the order is placed, you are advised of when to expect delivery. I took the stated delivery date with a pinch of salt on my first order. I needn’t have. The stated delivery was for the next day. The next day it was. I received my order, neatly packaged in a box that seemed tailor-made to fit the contents. On my next order, I again received my order on the stated day. But what sets this organisation apart in my opinion is the thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Upon opening the box, I saw a handwritten note on the one side. It was some joyful expression accompanied by a smiley face : ) and someone’s initials. That touch, in my opinion, elevates this online store from great to absolutely fantastic. The idea that someone within that organisation has taken the time to handwrite a note on an order puts the biggest smile on my face. I’m still grinning about it a day later. Not only have you gained a loyal customer but a customer who will recommend you far and wide to as many people as I can. Well done, Faithful To Nature, you really are top drawer!
