Utterly poor service
<p>I ordered a bunch of itemstuff on the 30 Jan 17. Since then I have beeno running around waiting for a tracking number.At least four different stories. On 7 Jan I was told they would courier the parcel. Today I was told the post office would deliver it. These people had not even packed my parcel with their many stories. I don't know where the parcel is. Please don't support them. It's unacceptable. </p>

I am so sorry for this negative experience and our poor communication here. Our warehouse move has caused a few more hiccups than we anticipated and we have not provided you with the high level of service we pride ourselves in :(
Your original parcel was sent out with the post office as this was the method of delivery selected on the website. However I realize that we were unforgivably slow in providing you with the tracking details for your parcel. To ensure you receive your parcel as fast as possible we have sent out a replacement parcel directly to your door with our couriers.
So sorry again for our poor communication. I truly hope that we will have the opportunity to show you that this is not the norm for us, and to be able to restore your faith in us in the future.
