Poor service from Faithful to Nature!!!!

I have experienced delays for the delivery of the last several orders placed with Faithful to Nature. I receive an email each time confirming that the order has been received and the amount is taken from my account, but for some reason it does not actually reflect on your systems. I am only made aware of this when querying the order. I then have to go out of my way to go to the bank to get proof of payment. This has happened when the order was placed via the debit card on the website and when payment was made via instant EFT. There has been no attempt by Faithful to Nature to fix their website. I have been a Faithful to Nature customer for almost 10 years and am considering switching to another company due the poor service!!!
