Poor service by Faithful by Nature and Dawn Wing Courier service.

I order 3 weeks ago a Kitchen compost bin from Faithful to Nature and paid for it. Last week they send me a message that I will received the Parcell on the Wednesday. I waited the whole day for the parcel just to received a message that evening that there was a system problem and they will deliver it the next day. Again I waited the whole day for the parcel and decided to read their message again just to notice that the parcel was send to Durban although there is written Langebaan Western Cape. I did accidentally put a Durban postal code . I immediately contacted Faithful to Nature to informed them that I stay in the Western Cape. The lady apologise and said it was he courier company mistake they only Look at the postal code en not the adress. I made arrangements that they deliver the parcel today. I contacted Faithful by Nature this morning tell them that I did not receive any notification of the delivery . Just after 10:00 am I received this letter: Dear RETIRED, your parcel from Faithful to Nature is out for delivery today with ANDERSON MARCUS from Dawn Wing with registration CFG39385. The delivery address is: MYKONOS TOEGANGSPAD Langebaan Langebaan Langebaan Western Cape 7357

Again I waited the whole day for the parcel and no delivery did happened. I am very disappointed about the service I received.
