Poor service
Placed an order on 26th of November for over R3000 and am yet to still receive my order. I’ve made contact several times and complained yet no actual delivery. Massively disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am so sorry for the delay with your order. This is definitely not the norm for FtN at all. The unfortunate closure of the Johannesburg warehouse has delayed your order.
I can see your order was dispatched on the 14th and it takes up to 5 working days for our couriers to deliver to KZN. I have escalated this to the courier managers and we are working on having your order delivered as soon as possible. As soon as I have a more accurate time for delivery I will get in touch with you via email or on a call.
Please accept my sincere apologise for the inconvenience caused.
