Outstanding service - Turning a frown upside down!

<p>On Tuesday I tried to place an order via the Faithful to nature website - Unfortunately it seemed there was a problem with their payment system and I couldn't finalize my order. Being the outcome-driven individual that I am, I quickly lost patience with the system. Later that evening I wrote a letter to the staff explaining, in vehement terms, how disappointed I was. The next morning I received a phone call from a very friendly Beryl from Faithful to Nature, apologizing for the incident and assisting me with finalizing my order - later on Wednesday I received a tracking number for my parcel. On Thursday I received my parcel. I would like to thank Faithful to nature for their swift and professional handling of this incident. This is obviously a company who cares, not only for nature, as their name suggests, but also about their clients - no matter how small the client may be! Good work!!</p>
