Order delivered to the wrong place

I just want to write a quick compliment for Faithful to Nature. My online order had been delivered to incorrect address, but as soon as I reported to their customer service that I hadn't received my parcel, and yet their website was showing that it has been delivered 2 days earlier, they were on top of it, and stayed in communication until I received my parcel. What could have been a unhappy situation turned into a happy one. Great service!
