No delivery and no refund
My order was not delivered to the selected area for collection. I have made calls, emails and even requested a refund but faithful to nature is not interested in providing me with a solution . They have ignored my request for a refund and kept promising to send my order to the right place. They have even closed a ticket yet I still don’t have my order or refund.
