Looking for another online vitamin store

I buy my mom’s vitamin supplements every 4-6 weeks and I order from the USA to be delivered to her in South Africa. I had no problems with Faithful to Nature when I first started using them but I think their company’s customer service has deteriorated. I ordered over R1000 worth a couple of weeks ago and according to their website a free bottle of probiotics would be added as a gift. It was never added and I did contact management who have given me various excuses, which is unacceptable. The free gift for large orders was obviously a false sales gimmick which has since been removed. Their delivery times and dates are at times also wrong. My mom was not able to receive the package on the day scheduled so she called the company. Unfortunately she relies on other means of transportation to get to the store and doctor appointments. Delivery for the next day was arranged however it did not arrive and she had to reschedule her week to be at home to accept the package. I doubt I will be ordering from them again.
