I bought a product through this Company 2 weeks back. It was not a great product for me so I returned it for a refund. I still have not received my refund after making numerous calls ,emails it was negligence from their side that a refund was done into a closed account which they were informed of prior to making the refund and where given new bank details. This is a retail company so I suggest if you want to sell your product through them make sure that your dealing with competent people. The CEO for this Company is Katrien Grobler.

We have just received your proof of closed bank account where we processed the refund into. We are going to recall this refund and redirect into your new account. We apologies for messing up here, this is completely unacceptable.
We are sorting this out right now and as soon as it has been fixed, I will get Katrien to get in touch with you as she would love to touch sides.
I know we have messed up on this and I don't blame you for not wanting anything to do with FTN in future, but we would hate to loose an avid greenie such as yourself as this is really not the norm for us and we are hoping that we are given the opportunity to prove this to you.

10 Apr 2019, 13:54So its now 1:50 Ive been to my financial institution with a letter from Faith To Nothing's Letter from their financial Institution to say that all was successful. My Bank now has to do an investigation which will be 14 days max to find the funds.I Gillian Smith who works for Faithful to Nothing(Nature) had followed my instruction for the refund which I mailed to her a good few hours before she activated the refund then none of this would be happening.....TAKE NOTE!! i USED MY CAR,TIME AND PETROL AND TEL TO DO ALL THIS its costing me more on a daily basis and they are not going to refund me for this.
