Great save after package was incorrectly shipped

I have recently shared 2 very poor reviews of FTN - I actually really couldn't believe it when the same mistake happened again with my purchases. But I have to give kudos to Ebi who handled my complaint personally from the moment I emailed, despite being after hours. She kept me in touch the next day with the options and true to her word, my package was delivered as promised. We all know things can go wrong, but I felt like someone actually cared. Thank you Ebi - hopefully you can sort out the courier issues to avoid similar occurrences
